SALON POLICIES

All appointments are scheduled online through our Salon website. All appointments require a valid credit/debit card on file long with clients contact information. Salon booking system does not accept pre-paid debit cards.

Clients can cancel and reschedule appointments within 24 hours of original appointment day and time without any charge. Last minute cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of services that would've been rendered. NO CALL NO SHOW appointments will be charged 100% of services that were to be rendered. If card of file can't be charged, client will not be allowed to schedule a future appointment until previous services are PAID IN FULL. NO EXCEPTIONS. Client may also be required to pay a deposit for future services. 

 

Extension Services are luxury services that require more time and attention. Such services DO require a proper consultation and deposit before appointments can be scheduled. Deposit will be 50% of the service requested. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

  

No children allowed in the Salon unless being serviced.

No extra visitors allowed in Salon due to limited space.

No one is allowed to sit in/at other stylists stations. All clients should remain in the waiting area until stylist is ready to service them. Our Salon does enforce A Break It Buy It Policy. Broken items must be replaced new within 10 days.

Our Salon is Prohibited from using products brought in by clients or any other outside source, unless prescribed by a medical professional.

Our Salon WILL NOT perform services on any hair extensions we DID NOT install.

COVID - 19 Precautionary Measures

Scheduled clients must wear face masks during services rendered. 

Please adhere to the Social Distancing Guidelines put forth by the CDC.
